Eviction involving animals
My question is regarding an upcoming eviction and the complexity of dogs at the property. Bailiffs will not attend unless i arrange specific handlers, having spoke to a local dog handlers organisation they will send the necessary support, costing £560 and then I am advised I am responsible for the daily upkeep and costs associated for each animal, this then potentially gets compounded by the fact I do not know the history of these animals, there current state of health and welfare at point of collection or if they have current vaccinations in place. Have you any suggestions as i do want the tenant let alone responsibility for any dogs!!
