I have a weekly 45 min call with my Skool volunteers that I am looking to optimize. How do you incentivize voluteers?
What holds teams back?
Just starting https://www.bravenewwork.com/ and first question in the first chapter is a favorite. Impactful question for the curious and forward looking. Often it's team culture and ways of working - now to find some solid insights on root causes and what actions make a real difference.

Culture is quite important. We are looking to ensure we create a culture that has our Skool community thrive. I am also learning around teams, that structure and process are important as well. An operating system that all align to, whether that is how to communicate to sop's to the right systems and automations in place to make it all more seamless. What are your thoughts?

@Murray Cowan looks like a good approach, haven't dug in fully to the article though I can see how this kind of exercise and workshop can be very helpful for an organization to implement!
