SMS Ramp Up Limits - How to DBR? 🥵
It appears that new subaccounts have an initial limit of 100 SMS per day. To go beyond this limit, you MUST SEND❗100 SMS and then wait 24 hours before you can send again and the limit is increased to 250. Then this repeats to get to the 500 level, etc. How do you handle DBR with these limits? If I send 100 DBR msgs (which is required to get to the 250 level), I am then restricted from responding to any clients (Or sending ANY SMS msg) for 24 hours. That really limits speed to lead!

Importing Name data
My client contact data has 3 name fields - customer name, first name, last name. The customer name can be either a person's name or a company name ONLY when it has a company are first name and last name filled in, otherwise they are EMPTY I imported all 3 name fields into GHL Contacts - Name, FIrst Name, Last Name For companies, it does not IMPORT the first name and last name fields in the data and just split the company name into those fields. So, When I import the data into GHL, the PEOPLE NAMES ARE IMPORTED FINE but the company names end up as First Name: Total Last Name: Fitness Gym (for example) . Any thoughts on how to handle this and get it to recognize the first and last name fields when they are not empty? Thanks.

@Josh Hughes Thank you for taking the time to create that video!! Really appreciate it. I was able to solve the problem in a similar manner but was able to capture both first and last name. I went to a new column and used the formula =IF(ISBLANK(D2),A2,D2&" "&E2) where A column has both full name and company names, D column had first name (for companies only) and E column had last name (for companies only). So If first name cell is blank, that meant that A had a valid persons full name so I just used A in the new column. If First name cell is not empty, that means A has a company name and I need to concatenate the First name (cell D) and the Last Name (cell E) into this new cell. This seemed to work and gave me everyone's full name in the new column. Hope that makes sense.

A2P Delays!!
I'm trying to register A2P in GHL. Was rejected twice - each time they took 1 day to respond. Now we resubmitted. Now Trust Center has the Campaign status in-progress for almost 2 weeks! I spoke with GHL support and they had no answers. Anyone else seeing delays like this? How can we operate like this?

Client won't disclose EIN number
I explained why we need it but they have some (undisclosed) privacy concern and will not provide it. Anyone else encounter this?

@Suzanna Kiraly What I've read is that while the EIN numbers are public domain, the Federal Govt does not provide any way to look them up. They trust us enough to want us to run the DR and represent their business. Who knows - Maybe they don't pay taxes (-:

@Jamie Ogilvy I'm doing that but I believe there is limit to how many numbers you can register under one business. And you run the risk of having your business numbers shutdown if too many message complaints.

DR in Medical niche
Anyone has done DR in a medical niche? Clients sending you list of past patients would be a HIPAA violation. Or how have you gone about it?

@Nelson Samoei I'm not positive but I'm pretty sure it would be a HIPAA violation unless patient has given prior authorization to be marketed to. It's possible if you only access the phone number but not the patient name that it MIGHT be OK. Source: I spent over 20 years in healthcare compliance
