Nice Sifu Martin. I was also taught never to try to grab a dynamic arm and do a lap sau, it's not going to work with the momentum and like you say, that rear hand is coming. Thanks for sharing 👌

Great video Sifu Martin, thanks for posting. The solo exercise reminds me of the one you introduced us to here during your seminar here in Barcelona. Interestingly the gwat da (not sure how you spell that) that you were explaining, we used to do with the circling arm that first connects with the opponent's arm as a strike into their arm. I'm looking forward to experimenting more with the version you've demonstrated here. All the best
