If you were Doing Cold Outreach Cold DM's, Cold Calling Once you get to that 10k/m That's when you put systems and teams in place such as: commission based Appointment Setters You also want to scale what's already working And not do something different If you were doing 300 Dm's or dials & booking those appointments yourself. You want to get people and do those stuff for you. Boom now you have 5 people doing 1500dials or Dm's daily. So you don't have to work in the business anymore. Your job is to build a brand for your business, connect and build your network so you can attract the most biggest business that can eventually be your customers. Do all the dirty work when starting a business I know it sucks. But do it as if your life depends on it!
