Great coffee shop in Hai Chau District. Tons of seating, large open areas, and upstairs working area. Big Koi ponds all around, really nice design of this place. https://maps.app.goo.gl/ofiR36RLvdkLgzjY9

What to do during Rainy season...
Looks like rainy season has officially begun so here's some ideas what you can do on a rainy day in Da Nang: 1. Indoor markets: Han Market https://maps.app.goo.gl/C89MLmjwNAk1fW2t7 Con Market https://maps.app.goo.gl/RHhUAwPtmMVct4Sr6 2. Indoor food/shopping/cinema/bowling: Lotte https://maps.app.goo.gl/HNgj3YN24RpeKc2G8 - 3. Indoor water park: Mikazuki Water park https://maps.app.goo.gl/18SJCdTMb7EyQyG6A 4. Museums: Museum of Da Nang https://maps.app.goo.gl/aznzu7gLqt4ScSGG8 3D Art Museum https://maps.app.goo.gl/yR2A56jzrWtj5zzE8 Hope you guys can make the best of a rainy day

Love rainy season in places like Bali and Thailand. Watch it pour down while out having wings and beer under a patio. I'm sure it's the same vibes in Vietnam.
Long term visa options...?
Okay, so I have a few questions about Vietnam, but my Number 1 is: how do you stay longer than 3 months? I understand you can get an e-visa for 90 days, then you'll have to leave. Looks like you can come back again, but my concern is that after one or two visa runs, they might start refusing you. That's what happens in Thailand. So is there a better way? I am essentially a digital nomad, I run my business online, so I can work anywhere. Not looking to start a company in Vietnam or get married for a visa. I might consider an education visa to study the language if that was the only way.

Thanks Travis that really helps. I also asked a real estate agent in Da Nang and he told me the same - that it's basically safe to keep on doing the 90-day thing. I've seen it go wrong in other SEA countries with long-term expats being unable to re-enter the country where they have an apartment and a partner, etc so need to be careful about these things. I noticed in your videos you have some musical instruments there, do you make music? I want to have my comfy things around me like that in a long-term leased apartment as well. I've done the minimalist nomad thing but I find I like to have my home office setup, guitars, books, coffee machine etc.

Hello all! I came here from seeing Travis on YouTube. I've lived in 3 different countries in Asia for a total of about a decade, but haven't been to Vietnam yet. I work online and I'm looking into Vietnam as a possible next destination. Look forward to chatting to you guys.
