Whats been your biggest win this week? I'll go first, Ive started face to face group coaching again and despite adding an extra 27hrs of "work" to my week I have more energy, feel more aligned and am loving it! Whats yours?
Well done Harry! I'd have say, staying off the coffee this week. I've been run down and picked up a bug. I had still been working until I realised I was getting sick, and struggled to clear the brain fog but not once did I think about getting a coffee. I think it's over 3 or 4 weeks since I've had one now and have generally been feeling good
