My specialty is providing EMD funding to wholesalers enabling them to do more deals and scale their business. I also offer Double Close funding when it's necessary to keep wholesale profits confidential between the seller and end buyer. I retired in 2015 to pursue my dream of living on a sail boat in Mexico and cruising the Sea of Cortez. I spend summers in Grass Valley, CA which is between Sacramento and Tahoe in the Foothills.
