I need some help getting to level 3. Anything I can read I can read to help keep my kids safe has my full attention.

I had a dad write to me privately regarding postpartum depression: He want's to know "When is it appropriate for him to encourage his wife to get out of bed and be active?" He wants to push her but also doesn't want her to resent him for this. Any thoughts everyone?

My wife and I just had our 2nd baby girl. I did not know what postpartum was and still don’t. My wife had me take this course to educate myself on what she is going through and how I can help her through it. Excited to be here and start on the modules.
