Win Alert!
Hey Everyone, I wanted to share some exciting news. @William Anderson and his company, One Main Security, landed a new long-term contract. They did a great job by catching a thief who was damaging a client’s property. This is exactly the kind of success story we love to hear about in this group. Let’s all celebrate William’s achievement and keep sharing our own victories! Great job, William, and congratulations on the new contract!

I am on the Board of Directors with our Chamber of Commerce. This has opened up a lot of opportunities for us, since we can see what businesses are coming to the area.

Good move!
Value vs Price
What do you typically charge for your security services? I've noticed many companies struggle with setting low rates, leading to slim profit margins. In the SNAP Blueprint, we discuss the strategy of increasing prices by highlighting your unique value proposition. What does that entail? It suggests that customers might not be as price-sensitive as you think. However, they're unlikely to pay more for the same service level. If you can effectively convey to your potential clients how your company stands out from the rest, you can distinguish yourself from the competition and position your business as superior. Anyone care to share?

Guilty! I have had to battle with the multi-million dollar companies such as AUS and Securitas in my immediate area. They can get away with going lower on bill rates due to their vast income. As a smaller business, it is very difficult to compete with these rates. I have been successful, little by little by "raising the rent" on an annual basis in a few cases. It is hard work for sure, but satisfying when you are able to strike success in this area.

I would certainly try to do so.
