@Jordan Santiago these sellers are weird as hell bro they’ve been damn near interrogating me since before we went under contract! They are land flippers and they buy aggressively and they were super pressed to want to know what I would be doing with the property, if I was wholesaling etc. just assholes. That’s why im wondering if they would send someone to message me for me to slip up or something but at the end of the day im under contract and its legal to sell my equitable interest
