AI Filmmaking in 6 Steps: From Idea to Film in a Few Weeks
One of you awesome people sent me this message recently: "loved your video The Life of Jesus Christ, curious about your workflow. Is it entirely AI generated? Which are all the different tools and models you're using?" I wanted to share my response with all of you: There are 6 core steps: 1) Concept development(Easy, life of jesus, took less than an hour) 2) Script writing (Used a custom GPT here, 1 day for initial draft, 2 days for revisions and refinement) 3) Storyboarding + Outlining Scenes & Shots (I have a custom SOP i created for ChatGPT to make this easy, less than a day) 4) Art Generation with Midjourney(1 week) 5) Video Generation & Lip syncing with Runway Gen 3 and Kling(1 week) 6) Post Production(Outsourcing this to a professional, 1 week) I’ll be adding this information to the Basics in the classroom with in depth video lessons releasing toward the start of December. Currently in the month of November I am still adding written modules bi weekly while dedicating more time to voice and screen recordings for the classroom videos. Expect to see a Skill Roadmap within the next couple weeks that will give you clear expectations of what to expect as you develop your Ai FIlm skills. Would you guys be interested in learning more about how to price your ai film skills? Or Would you prefer to learn more ai film skills first before we talk about the earning side of things?
