After installing Anaconda
I went through the set up steps and now have Anaconda installed. Will python now be ran via Anaconda by default on my machine? Or do only projects that are set up with Anaconda "care" about Anaconda? I'm new to the python world, so hopefully this question makes sense.

@Dave Ebbelaar Got it. Thx. So, it looks like it is now defaulting to what was installed with Anaconda. If I have project that isn't really doing anything data science related, and is just an API or something, does it make sense to continue running with this Anaconda installation or does is make sense to run the python outside of Anaconda, or does it even make sense to have both of these installations now?

@Jimmy Jones I finished up the Python intro, it was good
Learning Python in the Age of ChatGPT
I could use help thinking about the best way to go about learning how to program Python in this age of advanced AI, ChatGPT, and AI programming copilots. I made the decision several months ago to work my way through learning Python with limited AI help, and got through the basics (variables, data types, lists, if statements, dictionaries, user input and while loops, functions, and classes) largely on my own doing the free CS50 course and exercises, as well as the Python Crash Course 3rd Edition book, and some other YouTube videos. That got me halfway through the 15-hour CS50 lectures and about half of the book. But is that the best approach for learning the more advanced algorithms and concepts in the second half of the course? I struggle spending the time required to complete the rest of the more advanced topics, given that ChatGPT can often complete in a handful of seconds what would take me 3-4 hours to work through on my own as a newbie. I thought this might be a topic relevant to others in the Data Alchemy group. I got a decent answer to this from GPT-4, but wanted to get feedback and ideas from others who are in the same situation as me...who are wanting to learning Python, yet at the same time wanting to dive into AI and ML topics just as soon as possible.

I would recommend getting co-pilot or code whisperer or something of the like installed. I have found it very useful. Especially in the case where you know what you want to do and know a little bit about how to execute it but not everything.

@Jimmy Jones I think code whisperer is free (its amazon's), which i have not used, but from what I've heard its on par with co-pilot.
