I feel like it really depends on the manufacturer and the order minimum. I would create a design you're really 100% solid with and then pursue a sample. Once you have a sample (you can expect samples to be $70-$150 Ish depending) and your solid on figuring out how many garments you need or expect to sell. Then take a risk of ordering your first order of garments. But honestly there's no set starting price or end price. It's just what falls into your brand budget at the moment of purchase.
