Zen business is charging me a total of 500 USD to set up a business in Wyoming; do any of you Know any reliable cheaper options for business Set up for non USA residents?

Idk im starting as a sole proprietor and waiting to get my LLC until i make some money. I got a tpt license for $12 a an EIN for free. Just need a business bank acc and I will be good for now. That is everything my suppliers have asked for

Wyoming resale certificate
update on the WY resale certificate 1/ register on excise-wyifs.wy.gov/Default.aspx click on new user (5 working days u get a pin) 2/apply for sales and use tax licence (10 working days u get your licence ) 3/fill out exemption certificate for (........) just done the licence so i will update soon
