Trash for me, price is kind of high, and have to do renovation so that’s more money. $2300 a person sounds nice though. That’s 96, 600 a month if the whole building is rented out. I really don’t know about this situation, I haven’t done any deals yet. Hopefully soon if the numbers are right.

I like some of the passive income ideas like, vending machines and start a laundromat but i would rather buy an income producing business already. I would like to work with a mentor, somebody that's already working in the field.

I am not sure, depends on how much the rehab would cost. I am not sure if I would do it. That’s over a half a million dollars with the rehab most likely!!
