I'm toying around with Whimsical because someone suggested it in an Airtable community. Seems like alot. What tool(s) can the community to suggest to use to map out your step by step workflows for different aspects of your business.?

I really like excalidraw. Pen and paper type feel, free. Works on Ipad so I can use my apple pencil.
