The answer explanation is missing from TIA Mock exam 6, Q54 video

The answer is: submit a change request, then assess the impact of the change on the project. My understanding is that you should analyse the change first, so you can submit this information with the requested change to understand how the change will work and any impact on budget, scope and schedule. Then submit this as a change request.

Module 4 Q30 (TIA exam) - the explanation says acceptance criteria are mostly used in traditional project. I don't think that's correct?

Does anyone know if release notes/technical product guides are provided in agile projects typically? and if so, is this done with each release or at the end? I have an idea in my head that this might be something not done as it speeds the process up?
