@Shashi Kashyap Subject Line: The Truth About Carbs: How They Impact Your Weight Goals Hi %FIRSTNAME%, Are you struggling to achieve your weight goals? Many people believe that eating more or less carbs is the key to success. But this common misconception could be what’s holding you back. Everyone’s metabolism is different. And if you don't know that yet, metabolism: is how your body converts food into energy. Some people have a fast metabolism, meaning they burn carbs quickly, while others have a slower metabolism, making this process take longer. Once I understood this, I successfully lost 50 pounds in just 4 months. [Insert proof/video] Many people misunderstand the role of carbs because they lack the right information. Here are some common misconceptions: - Energy Boost: A quick energy boost from carbs doesn’t necessarily mean better workout performance or weight loss. - Balanced Diets: Nutritionists do recommend balanced diets, but overeating or completely cutting out carbs can hinder your progress. - Carb Cycling: Some diets suggest carb cycling to boost metabolism, but without understanding your own metabolism, this can be ineffective. While there is some truth to these ideas, without understanding your unique metabolism, adjusting your carb intake can do more harm than good. That’s why I created a versatile meal program designed for both fast and slow metabolisms. This program helps you achieve significant and speedy progress. Stop wasting time searching for diet advice on YouTube or from fitness gurus. Our program is professionally designed, scientifically proven, and tested. Over 300 people have already used this program to lose weight with a 97% success rate. So, what are you waiting for? Click here to start your transformation today! P.S. The first 100 people to sign up get the first month absolutely FREE. Don’t miss out! Best regards, Ivan Brekalo

@John Luke Colorines I don't get what the copy's speaking, are you trying to give men more confidence on talking to girls, or are you endorsing them to be mentored by a coach? also the word "hot girls" is kinda explicit, you may want to change that. Add WIIFM, (What's In It For Me?), also change the sl, very common and overused, but nice try bro!

too sale-sy, looks more like a poem to me. Add WIIFM, and stories, the introduction of the method/solution is so sudden, and the SL is out of place, it doesn't connect to the body
Hey, review this copy and drop yours too!! 😁

It's too sale-sy mate, no engagement and communication to the audience, the SL too is very common, everyone knows they need to take care of their hair so It would be good if you use chatgpt and make prompts it'll help alot! Also the introduction of the product is so sudden. Add more detail, stories and WIIFM. Btw here's mine bellow👇 kindly rate on a scale of 1-10, and which one do you think is better? TYSM!

@Yassen Ex Hey yassen, I've rewrote your copy! and I would give it 5/10, no hard feelings... anyways here it is! Subject Line: Discover the Real Secret Behind Elite Fitness Success Hi %FIRSTNAME% Do you feel stuck with your fitness progress despite following popular workout routines and advice from influencers? You’re not alone. Many fitness influencers claim that achieving an aesthetic physique is as simple as following "bro splits" or push-pull legs routines. They often push expensive protein powders and coaching sessions, promising results that seem out of reach. The truth? Well not likely as promised. Consistently hitting the gym without seeing progress can be frustrating and disheartening, even if you follow all the right steps like getting enough sleep, progressively overloading, and meeting your protein goals. You're not alone. Many people hit plateaus and struggle to reach their full potential, feeling like they’re doing everything right but not getting anywhere. The cycle of spending money on supplements and seeing no results is all too common. But...What if there was a better way? Look, Elite athletes and bodybuilders with physique like a Greek God mentioning: Chris Bumsted, Ronnie Coleman, and Arnold Schwarzenegger have a secret—And no! not in expensive gear or supplements, but in their training method. And it's something you can access too. Allow me to reveal to you their "secret" The R.O.S.T Program Method, And here's why they're the most efficient work-out split: ·R.O.S.T emphasizes short, high-impact sessions that maximize results, perfect for those with busy schedules. ·Neuromuscular Activation: This split, wakes up dormant muscle fibers to boost growth and strength. ·Diverse Exercises: despite of the intensity of the work-out, this split, keeps your body challenged and avoid plateaus with varied routines. ·Injury Prevention: R.O.S.T Method, Focuses on perfect form and controlled movements to minimize injury risk.
