Sustaining Inner Peace
As we journey toward inner peace, we begin to realise that peace is not something separate from us; we are peace. There’s no need to chase it because it is already within us, waiting to be uncovered. Think of yourself as a radio, tuning into different channels or stations of consciousness throughout the day. Sometimes, we find ourselves in joy; other times, we may feel sadness, anger, or confusion. Based on our relationship with each situation, we can either meet it from a higher level of consciousness or fall into lower, more suffering-filled states. When we have a strong emotional charge around a person or situation, it’s easy to slip into these lower states, where conflict clouds our consciousness. However, when there’s little to no charge, we can respond with greater ease, handling things from a place of peace and higher awareness. It’s the situations that carry deeper charges that tend to pull us out of peace, making us vulnerable to being easily triggered. The more we engage in this lower consciousness, the stronger the emotional charge becomes, and even the smallest provocations can disrupt our peace. This cycle explains why so many people struggle to maintain steady experiences of inner peace. But as the “radio,” we always have the freedom to change the station. We can choose, at any moment, to tune into a higher channel—a state of consciousness that brings us closer to peace. To make this shift, try the following steps: 1. Observe Your Consciousness Levels: Throughout the day, notice your state of mind in various situations. Are you in a lower level of consciousness, such as conflict, frustration, or worry? Or are you in a higher state, like peace, love, courage, or acceptance? This self-awareness is the first step toward change. 2. Set an Intention for Growth: Once you’re aware of your current state, accept it without judgment. Then, hold the intention to learn from it. Ask yourself, “What lesson is here for me? How can I grow from this experience?”

We don’t accept
The truth is we don’t accept people around us. We don’t accept ourselves. We don’t accept situations. We feel acceptance a few times and think we have acceptance. In actuality we don’t. 3 pieces don’t make a whole pie. Acceptance is an enveloping field. It is a constant. With each acceptance we are walking toward and into this field. Once in it we will have acceptance always. Until then we will have it sometimes. This is ok. It’s a process. Be honest and see that we don’t have acceptance always. We have acceptance sometimes and we are growing in acceptance. If we have any conflict or judgments towards others or life or self it is because we don’t accept. There is lack of acceptance. Hurts sit on top of resistance. Once we accept the what is then hurts dissolve. It’s that simple. If I feel upset with something I know I am not accepting it. Don’t fight the what is. See that you aren’t accepting the what is. Focus on the acceptance instead of the fight. How does this resonate? Any insights from this?

Oups it was a very short bliss
I don t know if it is working on acceptance that created that but I just got 😡 mad as I haven t been for a long time. Acceptance was not working at the time but some screams shakes trampoline and work on chakras put me back to now work on acceptance again. Still a bit of work but at least I can go back to acceptance and work with it

Acceptance
Doing the morning practice I found myself seeing that I have a lot of acceptance to do … in persons but also in circumstances. It actually bring peace back instead of frenzy or frustration and anger. Thank you for this peaceful morning in acceptance . I am grateful for it 😀😀
