@Matteo Cassese Lead gen: free content in form of vlogs, lead magnets, and large in-person event. Website has a longish form landing page to book a call link. I do a 1:1 and close. Mastermind is combo of hotseats, round table discussion and speakers. Adding HR strat planning to my value ladder.
