PaaS vs. IaaS vs. SaaS vs. CaaS: How are they different?
I found this article and image that helps clearify the differences between IAAS, CAAS, PAAS, FAAS, and SAAS. https://cloud.google.com/learn/paas-vs-iaas-vs-saas

Mobile Hotspot
Hello everyone. I would like to know if it is possible to stead personal data when sharing mobile hotspot. If for example John shares his IPhone personal hotspot with Paul, is it possible for Paul to steal John’s personal data without the knowledge of John ?

If John’s iPhone is not fully secured (e.g., outdated software, weak password, or no encryption), Paul could exploit vulnerabilities to access John's device and steal data.

@Babatunde Yusuf If Paul has the right skills and tools, he could potentially use network sniffing software to capture data packets sent over the shared Wi-Fi connection. This could include unencrypted information such as websites visited, emails, or other data being transmitted even if the phone is updated.
Did my first practice run in Thor Peterson
It was the easy/mid Practice questions. I did not do good. I made a 46%. No Domain higher than 50% and no domain lower than 41%.

Now consider that your baseline. Study some of you weaker domains and then try it again. Aim to improve your score each time and then once you consistently start to get high scores you will be one step closer to being ready to pass the actual CISSP exam. Good luck!
Practice exams
Any recommendations for a good set of practice exams? Been hearing that nothing is ever close to the real one. Hence a bit confused what to follow.

Pentester Stories
This is not really directly CISSP related, but today Chris Traynor, who is a pen tester from Black Hills Information Security is doing a webcast at 1PM ET (about 1 hour from now) that might be interesting. Come listen to short (true) stories from the world of security.Register here -> https://lnkd.in/e4fg_MGp https://www.linkedin.com/posts/chris-traynor_join-me-today-on-the-black-hills-information-activity-7234915588391813120-SIuv?utm_source=share&utm_medium=member_desktop This will be recorded and the recording can be accessed on YouTube. The link is included in the post that is linked above.
