Today I am launching the Digital Agency Growth Academy. I recorded most of this content last year but got busy with other projects and never bothered to launch it. Now that just about every training I'm a part of has migrated to Skool, it makes sense to put this content out there and make it available. Since I've recorded this information - which is still 100% relevant and is still exactly what we are doing today - I've started building tools to help manage my agencies. I'm going to start teaching how to do this, and reveal these tools once they are ready for other agencies to use. - Agency Finance and Sales Manager I've never had a good solution for cashflow management. Perhaps it's out there, but I built one myself that accurate projects cashflow based on the key financial drivers. I've also integrated much of our sales activity and reporting into this, and am working on meshing it all together. - AI Outbound Cold Caller I've seen several YouTube videos of people doing this with VAPI and things like Make. I decided to take that to the next level and build a web application "middleman" that handles the processing. I also integrated it with GoHighlevel and am currently using it to make 1200 outbound cold calls per day, and it is leading to appointments. Crazy! - Niche Agency GBP Manager The next thing I am building is a Google Business Profile manager specifically for niche agencies. There are some nuances to managing GBPs within a vertical at scale that I think are not well handled by existing tools. Basically, I'm just writing programs to solve my own problems and I'll be sharing those as we go. Welcome and I hope you find the content here valuable! Chris
