@Olivia Turner yeah microwaving the pepper was a better texture for me So I just stuffed it with the filling and instead of the oven just microwaved it long enough for the filling to get warm again and it was the pepper waa at the right level of crispiness I like 👍🏾
Ladies, here is what I am eating this week. I will be meal prepping tomorrow so ALL recipes will be coming! Also, I'm adding a "sweet tooth" recipe as well this week. Smore's protein sandwiches✨ I am soooo excited!
And I think I cooked the stuffed peppers too long during prep. I like them a little more crispy. Maybe next time I will just not heat until I am ready to eat and just do it in microwave.
Just posted the grab and go breakfast sandwich recipe. I'll be making these this week. I love this recipe and its so easy. Don't be scared to add the cottage cheese, you won't taste it and it's a great way to add protein!
Was checking out the new meal prep options. Is there a specific reason certain meals are lunches and others are dinners? Only asking because I see some dinners I wouldn’t mind prepping as a lunch.
