I'm thinking of some more ways to make our community fun and interactive. I'm thinking some live calls or Q+A's where you can call in, ask questions, and then I turn it into mini podcast episodes. This morning I did my favorite 30 minute meditation. I'm a different person when I meditate. I show up better in my relationships, business, and life. This is something I plan to commit to for the next year daily. A minimum of 15 minutes a day. I even put it in my calendar every morning.
