Hey everyone. My names Charles and I am from Philadelphia. I’ve trained Muay Thai on and off for 2 years and no gi BJJ for about 8 I’ve competed in BJJ before but recently I’ve been getting the itch to compete in striking so I figured let’s get as much knowledge as possible
