Brand Registry
Hi All, I am trying to get Brand Registered before I launch my product but they keep asking for a tag on the product or website etc which i don't have yet... I have sent them the picture of the product that has the Brand Name on it.. what's your experience with this? TIA :)

@Michael Elliott Hi Michael thanks so much for that. For Trademark, do I need that before I launch? The trademark is in motion, but they won't finalise because it's not listed yet/and doesn't have a tag. Do I need to arrange a 'pending trademark'

LLC
Hello, I am based in Australia, will sell in the USA. Any tips for setting up a LLC? Which state should I choose. Someone suggested Delaware but legal zoom states I will need a registered agent for that state at 200$ p/a. Help appreciated _ TIA
