Hey everyone!!! Thank you for the invite! I am looking to learn about wholesale deals and network with a like minded group. I have been investing since 1999 and I specialize in strategic RE consulting complex real estate deals. I have turned metal sheds into tiny loft homes and helped developed veterans homes projects, air bnb in the Bahamas, owner finance deals and subject too's and lots more!. I have a successful RE Consultant firm that helps private clients obtain their RE goals worldwide. One area I have not entertained in wholesale so I figured now is a great time to learn! Excited to meet with people and love to network, waiting to be taught on what to do next Thank you for providing such a great group!!! Gigi

Ok who here knows how to navigate CAGIS and figure out property violations and if certain violations require hearings before you can start Rehab work on them?? I haven't used the system in ages.

It becomes easier the more Deals one does !!
