šļø My honest thoughts on Crossfit
Alright guys, so I tried Crossfit for 4 weeks, 2x a week. My honest verdict: I got leaner quicker, yes. BUT, I also: #1: lost muscle mass #2: got hungrier #3: was more exhausted, and also irritable. #4: my sex drive went down. High intensity exercise does that to your body. The more intense the sessions, the bigger the repercussions. Strength Training + Walking 10k Steps is the way. Just my thoughts, drop a šŖ if this was helpful!
