Hey everyone quick little quiz for everyone. What methods have you tried already in order to change your weight and health e.g diets, Gym pills, trainers, doctors , surgeries? And what has been the biggest struggle during using these methods?
Talofa lava my name is Cece born n raised in welly. Ive tried 3 different diets arbonne, plexus and isagenix. In 2019 or 2020 ive lost 20 kgs eating 6 meals a day and trained at F45 six days a week. I had a routine. In 2022 i had long covid for 8 months flu for a month and ive been so sick and gained so much. I think i have sleep apnea and i have a chronic conditioncalled clavicle spondylitis. . Anyways, my biggest challenge is that i have a sweet tooth and i love carbs. I try to drink two bottles a day and walk for 20 mins. Its been so hard.
