What did you miss in our coffee calls today?
We went deep on a couple of topics - A few people are struggling with their Skools and redefining what they are doing - This is perfectly normal. When you start Skool you probably have not thought about the most aligned idea. I have made several pivots myself before settling on the Start Here Skool. I did a Free and a Paid Business courses, I had a spoof Sarcasm site, we had a Socials Booster community (became my Mastermind group). So how can you find your purpose? here is the tip go to your favorite AI and put in this prompt - "I want to figure out my Ikigai can you ask me several questions, one at a time, to figure it out?" Thanks to Apex Ascents @Rudy Boza for the tip on using AI to help you find your purpose.

Simple 3 Step Formula to Creating Your Content
I want to share 3 simple steps to creating your content, whether that's live content, video content or blog post content... The simpler you can make things, the better... Here is the Formula: 1. The Hook 2. The Story 3. The Offer or CTA You need to the Hook to get their attention so they will want to listen, read or watch what you have to say. You need the story because we all know that Facts Tell and Stories Sell, and people want that emotional tie and the feeling it gives them... "Remember, people don't remember what you say. They remember how you made them FEEL!" Last but not least, you need to share with them your Offer so they can connect with you. Most of the time, this will be your best lead magnet and occasionally a direct offer to your best or relevant product. Building your email list should be paramount in building your business. I hope this helps.

Changed opinion? - Testing Public for Free community
I have set my Free group to public to see how November goes. I will provide data. Here is my why - With the new discovery algorithm it seems to favor outside Skool sourcing - You have to get to top #1000 of most categories to be found without a search term in discovery - SEO seems to be a smarter play now. If you are ranked a top #1000 in your category with the new algorithm I would not make any changes.

@Dr. Bryan Raya If you are not a top 1000 community YES you absolutely should be optimizing keywords based on Discovery results and Google Keyword search.

They did revert the old algorithm See attachment - I am going to still continue the test on public - In Mondays call Mozi said the algorithm should support what they want (us to get traffic from outside Skool, groups with low churn and longevity of membership to get ranked higher) so I expect this may be a pause while they work out bugs.
Need Some Eyeballs To Your Community?? (Here's The Fix)
Gonna drop some game for you guys. Make sure to take notes and take action. 1. Join 5-10 engaged communities in your niche Introduce yourself in those communities, comment on posts. Make posts that engage the community. Give value through posts and comments. People will automatically join your community through the value you give. 2. Create organic content Pick 1-2 platforms to create organic content on. Study what has worked the best on those platforms. Post every single day. Use ChatGPT to repurpose those pieces of content to all social platforms 3. Send 50 qualified DMs every single DM Literally just get in front of your target audience. Send DMs to people that you target. Make each DM personalised. This makes the person feel special. Now do these 3 things, and do them for 1 month. See how that goes.

This is precisely what is recommended - with a modification to number 3 - "Have as many 1 on 1 conversations as possible" DM/Text/In-person whatever you can do to have as many 1 on 1 conversations you can. Great post!
