Here we pretrained a ChatGPT assistant with your profile, personality, conversation/voice tone and conversation objectives. You can also train it to handle the complex dialogues and feed the end goal like "book a meeting" with that person or prospect qualifying conversation and make judgement etc. 2. It manages each chat thread separately with chat memory, so next time when that person message you, it remembers the previous conversation and continue from there. 3. Finally, the most important is manual control. It creates a Chats Control Sheet/DB for all the Chats and so you can anytime turn off AI Chat automation in one click on any specific conversation/person (turn on again when you want). 4.
