1. Complete the case study for the Sophrology Hyperstress and Burnout course that I have been doing (so I can get my certificate) 2. Marketing (social media and direct messages) to attract more sign ups for my Festive Sophrology session, in person on 7th December 3. Start to work on 'copy / content' for a website (very first stages) What will help me is to block off time in my calendar - setting aside time for specific tasks so I am accountable to myself. Be realistic. Take pauses and also get outside / move. And keep my phone away from my desk so I don't get distracted by it. ;-)
