Q: Will want to buy my service but needs help hiring the right people
My potential client is in the home improvement business and he is sold on the idea of we grow if you grow and wants to hear what we have but the biggest thing is that he doesn't know how to hire the right people or how to hire the people that are good employs or workers. Does anyone know how to hire correctly and what is needed to have a good worker or team or employees anything in the space that will help. The niche is home improvement don't know if any of you guys have in your business that you help hiring for your clients or have a frame work or guide line would appreciate also if @Matt Shields or @Keagan O'Connell in the community because this question I think is a bit higher end.

Hey Viktor, that’s a great question and that’s one of the bigger issues in home improvement. To find employees, he can use indeed, local recruitment agencies, or even run Facebook ads. In terms of how to manage and grow a team, that’s a whole other conversation. I recommend you guys look into resources like the Contractor Fight on YouTube. They have a lot of videos about how to hire for home improvement businesses

@Viktor Lobkov I have tried it with one client but couldn't make it work. Running hire ads is a whole different business model than your typical SMMA. I would recommend choosing one niche and one service and don't get distracted by anything outside of that service
Landscape Niche in 2024 ??
I'm thinking to start Landscape agency, offering Fb ad lead generation, Do you guys think it will be good decision to work in this niche in 2024 ? Or it will just waste my time, I believe on my Pitch message because already closed many clients in other home improvement niches But I need your opinion guys about landscape niche before working in this niche

All niches work brother. Roofing, remodeling, dental, real estate. It’s just a matter of choosing one and sticking with it

How to handle this objection?
I'm doing cold calls and the most common objection is that they already have an contract with agency, but I'm wondering if they get good results, and do they do advertising as they should. Agency can help you book appts, but you could maybe get better results with me, who knows what are those guys promoting. Anyone having any advice on that? Thanks!

@Mark Mage agreed! I ask them what their CPL is. This shows you have some idea what you’re talking about and if they don’t know it, you can say like well if your current agency is transparent enough to provide you with the CPL, they’re probably doing crap work. If they do know it, and it’s high, tell them you can beat it
