Finished the flagship program today! I bought in whole heartedly. Did each workout to the fullest. Walked 10k EVERY day. Got 7 hrs at least each night. Followed the meal guide - no cheats. I went in a little skeptical… seemed too easy. Coming off a serious injury due to weight lifting (out for 9 months), I wanted find something that could make a difference not only in how I worked out, but how I could stay healthy and get back my physique I let go. So I followed everything exactly so I wouldn’t have any excuses if I didn’t get the results I wanted. After 4 weeks, I have dropped from 203lbs to 192.2lbs (6’1” tall). I feel strong. Ready to start round 2 of the 4 week program with heavier (but now manageable) bells. Thank you @Grant Anderson and @Sean Griffin for putting this program out for the masses. Simplicity in action changing lives for a life time!!! Just keep swinging!!!
