Love's Hidden Symmetries - Bert Hellinger When The Body Says No - Gabor Mate Quiet - Susan Cain
Sharing Exercise - Introduction
Take a moment to reflect on how you would like to use this profile. What had you decide to take the Relationship Dynamics Quiz?

I strive to be the absolute best partner I can be, and love learning how to love more completely and skillfully. I am excited to use this profile to find where I might still be operating from blind spots and meditate the deeper relationship dynamics at play. It is powerful to remember that the relationship I have with my partner is a unique co-creation with its own dynamics, and isn't necessarily "who i am" or "who she is". Since we are co-creating it, we can shape it and mold it into any thing we want as our desires and needs change over the years.
Reflection Exercise - Ring Of Resolution
Journal about the underlying relationship gift you or your partner might have been championing, even if it wasn't immediately obvious.

I think my partner and I polarize between Truth and Harmony and Possibility and Appreciation the most. When I feel triggered, I feel like I'm clinging on to Harmony and Appreciation - but it isn't obvious to me in that moment that my partner is just doing the same thing but with Truth and Possibility. When I remember that, I feel instantly like we are on the same page because I know we both deeply care about all four gifts.
Skill Development Exercise - Tendencies
For one week, do a role reversal - make a deliberate effort to value and admire the opposite of your natural tendency. If you emphasize "Possibility" more than "Appreciation," try to focus on appreciation and vice versa. Observe how this shift affects your feelings, choices, and relationships.

I have convincing tendencies toward appreciation (91%), harmony (85%) and passion (80%) where i'm exactly in the middle on Freedom and Devotion (50%) ... which totally makes sense. So this means I should focus this week on Possibility, Truth, and Partnership. Kinda scary but exciting!
Reflection Exercise - Energetic Profile
Reflect: Did you see the energy described in your energetic profile? Were there moments where your energy might have been adding or taking away from the impact you would like to have?

I do see the "in and down" energy in the way I handle conflict, the way I listen, and the way I lead teams in times of crisis. It adds to the impact I want to have when I want to project a strong, immovable presence without being domineering. I like that I can be my partner's "rock" and seemingly weather any storm. It takes away from the impact I would like to have when I want to be more dynamic and self expressed. I often "subtract" from the overall energy intensity in the room and sometimes that can feel like a wet blanket. I'd like to be more energizing and dynamic, without it being such an effort for me energetically, but if I allow myself to do what feels natural, my energy tends to settle back down to "in and down"
