Mold Detox
Looking for recommendations for best binders for mold, specifically ochratoxin A. I'm starting on CandiBactin AR and BR which seem to be a great combo of herbs, and humic acid, so I want to have some additional binding action:) I have the zeolite powder from Heiltropfen but I wasn't sure if that was the ideal choice for mold. Also, any other ideas or suggestions for herbs or supplements for mold would be appreciated!

@Karim Manning hi! I'm just coming back to this because this has been such a long and slow process and I feel like I'm back at square one. One of my original symptoms was chronic diarrhea, and it's still my main concern! So it seemed to be getting worse with the binder, antifungals, probiotics...all of which I worked in very slowly. All of that to say, I finally went to a GI and found out that I have pancreatic insufficiency so I'm taking digestive enzymes (which aren't showing much improvement). Once again I think it is mold related, so...back to binders. Are you still finding the rotation helpful? How often do you rotate, and how much clay, psyllium, etc do you take daily? I was taking GI Detox which is a combo of zeolite, charcoal, aloe vera, apple pectin, etc and it was giving me horrible bloating.

@Josh Gerhardt this looks great! I have been taking megaspore biotic because it's supposed to be good for mycotoxins, but there is a lot of mixed info about spore based probiotics. And I am very sensitive (the histamine rashes on the hands) to different probiotics, and especially prebiotics. Something like this might be good to try though.
Nicotine
So I did the nicotine patch for another 7 days, because the last time was almost a year ago, and I definitely needed it. I am wondering though...I've had a headache everyday since stopping the patch (I also stopped the binder after the 7 days, which I know I should have continued). Does anybody know...could the headache be due to circulating toxins, and should I start back on the patch and binder?

Detox Baths
For those of you who have seen Bryan Ardis' interviews and documentaries, would it cause you to reconsider taking epsom salt baths? I often utilize baths for detox, but unfortunately it's not like drinking water that you can distill to virtually remove any type of impurity. We have a whole house filter to remove most contaminants, but it obviously is not able to tackle what is now being added. It would be unfortunate to lose such an amazing form of detox.

@Josh Gerhardt I guess I'm wondering if there's a way to know if our filters (carbon whole house, RO, etc) are capable of filtering snake venom. I brought up distilling because I kind of feel like it's fail proof when it comes to filtering, but what about other various forms of filtering...is there a way to know for sure?

@Giorgia Tsiokanis yes, I did the 7mg patch for about 8 days a few months ago but have not done anything for maintenance so I'm probably about due to start again. Regarding YourBiotics...I looked at his site and watched some videos. It looks amazing, however, I'm wondering how similar the archaea is to, say, humic and fulvic acid? I do not tolerate these well at all, and actually just had to stop a humic supplement called Ion because it was causing some pretty intense GI side effects. I would love to try it though because I've got some serious dysbiosis going on.
