Seems Like I've Known Tellman Forever
I tell myself I can do things, then another part says I can't. I got a PLR product and began digging into it. I was pushing through, then the b.s. started creeping in. I'm actually very productive when I'm not experiencing internal battles.

@Earl Westergaard Here's an easy way to bulldoze hesitation and get moving before your brain starts chucking B.S. at you. Count down 5-4-3-2-1 and go! It removes any time for excuses or second guesses to creep in.
Go Bold or Go Home
If we’re going to go after our goals, we might as well leap in with both feet—own the stumbles, correct course with even more audacity and keep charging forward!

Go Bold or Go Home
Tools for getting $HIT done
Here's what I'm using, keeping it as simple as possible. Todoist: todoist.com This is great for planning out your day to the last detail or for getting a 30,000 view of things. It hooks up to your calendar and has AI built in. What more do you need? Kortex: kortex.co This is a new one I've been trying out, it's a lot like Notion in how it works, but better for collecting and connecting ideas together as a second brain. Its like a mix of Google docs, Notion, and Obsidian. Both are free to use. What are you using?

@Deborah Yaffee They're both really easy to get into.
Clarity + simplicity = action
I came across this today... Cut out the clutter, focus on simplicity, and execute relentlessly. Because no matter how many tactics or hacks you study, it’s consistent execution—plain and simple—that drives results.

@Tellman Knudson – that’s a blast from the past! I haven’t heard SHABAMBO in years. Brings back some great memories!
The 5-Second Rule...
Here's an easy way to bulldoze hesitation and get moving before your brain starts chucking excuses at you. Count down 5-4-3-2-1 and go! Pefect for helping you get more stuff done. It’s about interrupting the autopilot of doubt and inertia. The rule flips your brain’s switch from think to do. Simple. Unsexy. Ridiculously effective. I got this from the book "The 5 Second Rule" by Mel Robbins.

I got ChatGPT to dive into the book and it came back with these... Productivity, the 5-Second Way: • Overthinking is Your Kryptonite – If you’re stuck in analysis paralysis, the 5 Second Rule slices through it. When you feel the urge to act, count down from 5 and move. No time for mental gymnastics . • Action Beats Motivation – Forget waiting for the “right moment.” Motivation is flaky at best. The 5 Second Rule turns action into the catalyst – you’ll feel ready after you start, not before . • Interrupt the Habit Loop – Every snooze button you hit strengthens the habit of inaction. The countdown disrupts this loop, nudging your brain into “action mode” before it can derail you . • Bias Toward Action – Success favours the movers, not the ponderers. The rule rewires you to lean into decisions, not debate them to death . • Micro-Decisions, Macro Impact – Tiny actions (like standing up, making a call, sending that email) stack into life-changing momentum. Each five-second decision shoves the snowball downhill . • Feel the Fear, 5-4-3-2-1 Anyway – Courage isn’t about confidence. It’s about taking action even when you’re uncertain. Count down, launch forward. Confidence follows, like the tail wagging the dog . • Kill Procrastination at the Root – You know what needs to happen, but your brain convinces you otherwise. Catch it mid-procrastination – count down and dive into the task before hesitation wins . • Override Emotional Decisions – Your brain is a drama queen. 5-4-3-2-1 gets you out of your head and into action, even if your emotions are shouting otherwise . • Get Off the Mental Hamster Wheel – Stop playing “choose-your-own-disaster” scenarios in your head. The 5 Second Rule yanks you out of the spin cycle and into progress . • Momentum Creates Confidence – The more you push forward, the more confident you become. Action is the ultimate confidence booster – and it all starts in five seconds or less .

Thanks @Jonathan Herbert I used it today to get up early! It's like pulling a gun before your inner voice pulls a knife. 😀
