Help on leg extension
I know I’m flexible enough to get my leg higher up and swing higher but sometimes it just stops mid way. What can I do?

From personal experience you'll just have to manually think about it until it naturally happens. Coach saw me doing this so he made me emphasize following through as far as I can while keeping my leg locked out. Make sure you're doing it with all your movements as well like 1 steps and no steps when applicable
My punts are high but not far
My punts aren’t going the distances they used too there almost going straight up and high but not far

Make sure you're keeping your shoulders forward throughout the entire rep. This should automatically make your contact point lower and give a better swing angle, but if not then try to film yourself and see where your contact level is. If it's too high then try to focus on keeping your shoulders forward and making contact around knee height.
