WELCOME TO THE “30 DAY HARD CLINIC CHALLENGE” The challenge starts NOW ⏰ (18/9/2024) This is your chance to INCUBATE your CLINIC BUSINESS SUCCESS! Want to fill up your books? Want predictable cashflow? Then here are the FIVE tasks I followed on a DAILY basis that helped me incubate my business success in THREE MAJOR CITIES - Melbourne Sydney Dubai Before we begin; you will need to check out the course I have uploaded in the CLASSROOM to understand how to navigate through SKOOL and this challenge. The more completed tasks you post on the general forum and classroom AND the more posts you comment on, the more POINTS you will get to unlock FREE resources and even a FREE 1:1 call with me! It is the FIRST course located on the classroom. I will link it below 👇 The FIVE non negotiable tasks you need to follow are - A) Five reach outs per day to brand ambassadors. This I can be to - - Personal trainers - Gym Owners - Influential athletes OR Business owners with a strong referral network The ambassadorship can involve - A) One free treatment per month ; in exchange for ONE post collab and x2 instagram stories B) Offer the first consult for FREE for each referral from the ambassador (15-20 mins with the client) OR a 50% off if you’re already getting busy C) An instagram story from each NEW client tagging you as well as a google review B) Post at least ONCE per day. This should be something that either - - Showcases your solution to a problem. Such as treatments, rehab solutions, load management strategies - A skit that resonates with patients and healthcare professionals; this can be something on trend and shouldn’t go for any longer than 30 seconds - A photo with someone influential for social proof of your skills C) Post how many sessions you did EACH day with ONE brief hand over of one of your cases (case history and solution/treatment) D) Follow up FIVE clients that have NOT booked with you over the LAST SIX WEEKS E) Request ONE google review per day ; this can be done in exchange for a 10% off their next visit
