Raising capital and finding borrowers is all about relationships. The most important part of relationships is creating trust. How are you doing this?

What is your name and where are you from: Lance Williard. High Point, NC 3. Something that you're really proud of and why ( non real estate related): I'm a veteran of 8.5 years in the US Army. I'm also proud of running an IT department for a Police Department for 17 years and quitting to invest in real estate full time. And last but not least I'm proud of my family. 4. What do you need help with? Capital. I did what everyone says not to do. We used our own money to purchase properties. Now, I'm trying to learn to raise capital and/or borrow money to invest in flips/buy and holds.

Aloha! I found Jill’s post on another investors insta and saw some of her videos. Had to add her cause I’m in Utah about once or twice a week. I go by Heo from Hawaii and I’m always stoked to learn more about being able to leverage anything and everything! ** I’m currently doing rental arbitrage in Hawaii/ Utah. Focus is midterm renting. Trying to learn more about leveraging OPM and transition into Subto or seller financed properties. In hopes to start lending out other people!
