NL/EU based full stack AI engineer
Good morning community. I am currently looking for a EU based full stack AI engineer, preferably based in the Netherlands or Belgium. We've had a number of successful projects with our AI automation agency, but are now looking for an engineer to join our company in order to partake in the fulfilment of more complex projects to come. Looking forward to your DM.

@Steven Witte I was going to say that I may be able to look for someone in Belgium. Sorry for not being clear.

@Nathan Ginn It’s great that you're working on a project to streamline your office! Python and React are solid choices. Do you have any specific challenges with the project you're working on?

@Nick Sandgren it's completely normal to feel a bit scared when diving into something as transformative as AI, but it sounds like you're on the right track!

ML real estate project (update)
Up until now, in my ML real estate project, I gathered data for 100 apartments. I collected the price and the size, and I allocated 70 percent of the data for training and the remaining 30 percent for testing (prediction). I know it's still not enough data, but compared to my last update on the project, it's looking better. The model is predicting the prices more accurately. I believe this improvement is mainly due to adding more data. That's it for now—you can see the results in the two pictures. I will add more data and parameters along the way. Have a great day! Guy

Hey Guy, have you done any EDA on the data ? Have you tried any other algorithm other than linear regression? What metrics are you using ?

@Guy Zilberblum no worries! EDA (Exploratory Data Analysis) is basically the process of looking at your data to understand its patterns, spot outliers, and get insights before applying any model. Data wrangling and feature engineering come in when you clean and prepare your data to make it more useful for the model. Both are crucial steps to get better accuracy, even from simple models like linear regression. Let me know if you need help on any of these topics — happy to assist!
