Introduction
I work as a full time pharmacist and scaled to 52 units of real estate. I own SFHs in CA and executed a huge cash out refinance to buy small apartments in Oklahoma. I owned a MHP which I sold for a loss so I have some battle scars to share. Looking forward to connecting!

@Paul Thompson I've come across a 120 boutique apartment complex on the Las Vegas strip offering MLO buy-in @ $85k which has been available for months & yet I see Noone šŸ‘€ taking a risk on it. I've asked around on other RE groups if anyone has experience and if interested yet no takers. I was definitely interested but šŸ¤” šŸ’­ think it'd be extremely risky without partnering with someone who's very experienced with these types of assets
