Hi Everyone I recently kickstarted a big big AI project for an E-commerce store based off UK making a lot of revenue. I wish I had the time to focus on it but I need to delegate as much as possible, so I am looking to partner with an agency OR it can be one person with high technical skills. ONLY US Based Here is the scope of the project: - Web chat agent for the website: I have already made a bot built using voiceflow, but the issue with this is, we compete with all the other shopify apps that already have integration with Shopify, and all the other apps, which make so seamless. So what I want is to use Tidio and have flows built the platform, enhanced with AI (they have an AI Bot called Lyro, and we can also make HTTP requests within flows) - Inbound Voice Agent for customer support - Outbound Voice Agent for cart abandonment - SMS agent for cart abandonment - Prompt management and evaluation using existing Q&As Important note: For cost & efficiency purposes, we want to build everything with no-code tools: Voiceflow - Flowise - Make. No custom development unless absolutely needed. Main challenge: the biggest challenge here is being able to answer queries regarding size recommendations. I already managed to build a knowledge base in pinecone in which each chunk is a product variant, and all the sizing information for each variant is packed in the metadata. The best way to do it currently is by using an Auto-retriever with Llama index because we can train it to infer the metadata filters based on the conversation. Hi @Brendan Jowett I was wondering what tool you were using internally to manage your prompts and test them over test samples, but also how you manage the whole lifecycle. More particularly, since we expect certain answers from the agents based on the chat history / memory, how do you handle prompt testing for output expected after various scenarios of conversation?
