Launching in late-July (and why)
Good morning, everyone! I wanted to let you know that I will officially launch this group in late July. Currently, I am traveling across the United States, onboarding exciting new property acquisitions that require my full attention. I aim to provide the best value here on Skool, which needs my undivided focus. At the moment, that's not possible. Additionally, for those from the SubTo community, you know I've committed to nearly 100 personal 1-on-1 calls in June and July. Between onboarding six new Airbnb properties and honoring my commitment to these calls, I need to set realistic expectations. After completing these calls, I expect to have a clear understanding of your needs and the content you value most. This will allow me to create content that brings you the most value. Software or Tools
As a stater, what are the best tools would you recommend to starting with. I am struggling with getting consistent booking and find to figure the right channel manager to be using. Plus, the best strategy to deploy especially when Airbnb bookings are slow.

I use Hospitable for my PMS, it has met my needs and is a good value. Wheelhouse for pricing but a pricing tool is not required if you are starting out. Can you share a link to yoru property? Happy to review and is if anything stands out, sometimes small adjustments can make a big difference.

@Racquelle Moore Your listings look great! If you are not getting bookings I would imagine its your pricing strategy. I will need to review that with you on a call. We can find out where you need to be to win on price. Once we know where your current configuration fits for price I can show you what alternative configurations / added amenities mean to you for price. From there is simply a matter of tweak as needed to capture to bookings you are missing. I can see you have booking until late June so we are good for our call. If ever you are in a jam and its an emergency you can reach out for a 911 one on one and i'll carve out some time to help. On our call we will also discuss the important and methods to price right - its important to be competitive to capture bookings but its also important to know the data so you can hold out and get get the right price so you dont leave money on the table. Knowing that sweet spot is key to your success.
