When you have dealt with a lead that is showing up in the inbox is it OK to Archive it, even though they are still going through the sequence? It just makes it easier to know which ones have been replied to or activated after pause vs new ones into the inbox. Also, I have been through the list of leads waiting to enter the sequence and have paused some that are obviously not suitable but slipped through the net when filtering from Sales Navigator. Will these just stay paused or do I need to delete them as well to ensure no messages are sent to them.

Could you please indicate if the suggestions he make are achieveable if sending an email campaign via Leadeth: If you’re sending 5,000 or more emails per day, Google and Yahoo have new rules you must follow, or your emails won’t reach your audience’s inboxes anymore. Here are the new requirements at a glance: - Your spam complaint rate needs to be under 0.3%. - Authentication using SPF, DKIM, and DMARC is now required. - You must have a one-click unsubscribe option and remove people from your list within 1-2 days. Email service providers are concerned with user satisfaction and trying to cut down on spam. For marketers, this means you need to be hyper-aware of what you’re sending out. To keep a low spam score, you have to send valuable emails and be diligent about managing your list. These rules are already in place, so don’t put one of the most effective marketing channels for your business at risk.

I have two questions when sending emails as part of a campaign 1) Does every email that is sent result in a copy being placed in your email sent folder? If you are sending 1000s of emails that could really become quite cumbersome. 2) If you have previously sent an email to a person will Leadeth automatically attach the new email to the previous one? See example attached. Can this be turned off? Thanks

I am trying to use a SN URL for a search but the first line (see attached) cannot be deleted and does not contain the addresses I am looking to send connection requests to. Can you advise how to delete the first search (with the 2500 limit). Many thanks
