LSU football anyone?
Check out my recent trip to LSU. I got an exclusive tour of the Football Facility. I've been some epic football facilities in the past few years including Ohio State, Alabama, Gators, SMU, but LSU's is crazzzy. It's insane how much better it is since I was last there in 2019. What type of grip do you use?
When I was a punter I tried both ways and found the overhand gave me more control. But the underhand allowed me to give a softer release. Whatever grip you use aim to keep your wrist straight/neutral. It should be a relatively continuous angle from your forearm to your fingers. If you are cocking your wrist it’s going to cause some inconsistencies.

I think my grip is similar if not an overhand grip. I think it just looks different from how the picture is showing with the laces to the top. My laces are usually to the right.
