Did anyone use ghl/close. com for cold calling. Will I get my number marked as spam if I do 250 a day?

What should I do here, this is old and active account from Serbia, created ad, business manager and page 4 days ago, guy I work with logged in from us, put his card there but account got restricted from ad manager and other things when I logged 15 minutes later and tried to create this business portfolio. I submitted id of guy I work with it got rejected because it is not his account then I submitted id of the owner and it got unrestricted today so this screen shows, also us card he put got removed.

Should I send zoom or calendly link after someone agrees on having a meeting on cold call. (roofing/home renovation)

I want to buy skype to cold call so can someone who used skype for cold calling please answer these questions so I know whether should I buy it or not. How many calls you did a day? For how long? What was your pick up rate? Did your number start getting marked as spam, if yes after how long? And how do I prevent my number from marking as spam?
