First step was gutting everything ✅ Next step is drawing up new floor plan ✅ Current step ordered all wood material to reframe the entire house and work inside out. Afterwards, running all electrical, plumbing, AC, new windows, new floors and then all of the pretty stuff bathrooms, kitchen, light fixtures, landscaping, new roof etc

Hi everyone, it's great to meet you all! I’m an investor and developer based in Greenville, SC. I spent most of my career in B2B tech sales with IBM and Google, but over the past few years, I began acquiring long-term rentals (LTRs) and short-term rentals (STRs) on the side. I recently made the leap to full-time real estate investing and development.
