That's my favorite game!
Does anyone else feel this way? (see screenshot)
I received this DM today and it reminded me of how I used to feel when I first got into the "Online Business" space... I haven't felt this way in a long time, though, because I found the cure. The cure? I went on an "Information Detox". No new courses. No new books. No new conferences. I just focused on taking action on BASE fundamentals. • The offer. Something people wanna buy. • The content. Something people wanna watch. • The conversations. Something people wanna engage in. • The client success roadmap. Something people use to get RESULTS. Here are some of the action steps that alleviated my overwhelm: 1) I created an irresistible offer to help people achieve ONE specific dream end outcome. 2) I created helpful content. I wrote down or filmed myself sharing what worked well for me. 3) I added in a clear CTA in my content. Something like: "if you found this helpful, and you want personalized help from me, join my free Skool community & I can help you on a free Zoom call". 4) I had great conversations with prospects in the DM's & on Zoom. 5) I built a fail-proof roadmap for my clients to succeed (& as a result, collected a ton of success stories) and helped them go through the roadmap, step by step. By taking ACTION on these base fundamentals, I no longer "got lost in the sauce" and no longer felt overwhelmed. I became a producer rather than just a consumer. If you're feeling overwhelmed, stop consuming MORE STUFF and just ask yourself: "Which of these above fundamentals should I focus on building or optimizing today?" If you want to take action TODAY on something, try this. Cheers, Ted P.S. If you're procrastinating on doing what you know you should be doing, use Focusmate :) I'm not an affiliate but that site used to help me SOOOOO MUCH with getting work done.

I'm going through this right now so I took a step back from posting and looking at the classrooms of all the spaces. Right now I'm working on using what I learned.
In Skool, do views on your YT count as watch time on YT?
If I include a video in my post and my members watch it, does anyone know if those views count as watch hours on YT? To clarify, I'm not referring to just linking the YT, which they then watch on YT. I mean adding the video itself to Skool and they watch it in Skool.

Yes, YouTube counts every single view. There's a section in the analytics that tells you how many views you get outside of YouTube as well.
Free trail on paid communities?
I would love to have the option of a free trial on a paid community. This is something many other businesses do. I'm a long time user of Adobe creative cloud and they have a free version of their application Adobe Express, and a paid version, but they offer a 30 day free trial to their paid version. I love this. This will also help people scale their business without needing to do so many sales calls as they get bigger.

@Weston Price I sure hope so!

@Daniel Valdivia But some people can't afford 2 communities, or some people don't have the mental capacity to do that. But that is a good idea, and that's what I plan on doing.
I would love scheduled posts
One of my members commented how they sometimes felt overwhelmed with how my community posts were overwhelming and I agree. They're back to back. I do that because it's easier for me to remember in that moment, but it would be lovely to be able to schedule them to reduce overwhelm. I've noticed the same problem in other communities that the back to back posts are too much!

@Chuck Ellis I completely understand that. Although I would use it well, after some thought, I realized how some people will use it so badly.
